Fuelled by Self Love you would be working directly alongside Gina Swire and the team to create impact driven, ‘spicy-but-nicey’ content helping to echo Gina’s voice far and wide and spread the message of Self Love through the world. You will play a critical role in repurposing digital content across various social media platforms.

Create (repurposing our mahoosive archive of goodies), manage, and execute day-to-day social media strategy, content, and campaigns across all social media platforms

Develop social media campaigns which call to the soul of our wonderful clients and future clients and help them transform with Self Love

Utilise our calendar for scheduling all social media posts across platforms

Plan monthly editorial calendar for social media posts across platforms

Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels

Keep up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media.

Research about new features, tools, and applications that will help develop brand awareness, promotions, and competitions.

Identify best practices and ideas in ways to bring brand voice to life on those channels.

Create community management across all social platforms, responding to comments and actively engaging with followers when required (launches etc)

Monitor customer reviews, communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner

Share community feedback, identify potential issues and provide counter solutions

Analysing content reach and feeding it back to the team

Seeking out PR opportunities to produce branded content for media outlets

Attending meetings with the dream team

Strategizing content creating plans alongside the team

Experience in Social Media Management is required

Knowledge of scheduling tools

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their users (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Youtube, etc.)

Strong verbal, written, and communication skills

Solid understanding of digital content, communication, and marketing principles

Photo/Video editing experience/basic design capabilities for social media is a plus

Solid knowledge of social media analytics (Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, etc.)

Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to develop fresh, love-first, executable ideas that support where we’re heading

Well-organised, heart centred and detail-oriented

Knowledge of Facebook/Instagram ads
